1. Scope of Engagement & SOW

Coreytics Data Solutions (“Coreytics”) delivers business intelligence, data model structuring, reporting automation, and KPI executive dashboards. Every consulting engagement is formalized through a mutually agreed Statement of Work (“SOW”) or service agreement that establishes project objectives, milestones, data sources, acceptance criteria, and fee structures.

2. Client Intellectual Property & 100% Data Ownership

Clients retain sole, unencumbered ownership of all preexisting data, proprietary schemas, operational calculations, and custom dashboard workbooks developed during the engagement. Coreytics asserts no licensing claims or secondary rights over client datasets. Coreytics retains ownership only of general, non-client-specific engineering utilities, reusable macro frameworks, and foundational code libraries developed independently.

3. Mutual Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality is fundamental to our practice. Prior to ingesting any client records, credentials, or architectural blueprints, Coreytics executes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All shared datasets are accessed under the principle of least privilege, segregated in secure staging environments, and protected in strict alignment with our Enterprise Security Standards and our Privacy Policy.

4. Milestone Approvals, Payments & Refund Policy

Projects proceed in structured phases (Data Audit → Relational Structuring → Dashboard Prototyping → Automation Deployment). Each phase includes a formal staging walkthrough. 5. Post-Deployment Verification & Warranty

Upon final delivery of a workbook or pipeline, Coreytics provides a complimentary warranty support period (typically 30 calendar days, unless specified otherwise in the SOW) to rectify any formula deviations, schema anomalies, or pipeline errors that do not conform to original project specifications.

6. Advisory Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Coreytics models, analytics workbooks, and KPI dashboards are diagnostic decision-support tools engineered to assist management. They do not constitute certified tax, legal, or licensed financial investment advice. Operational, commercial, and strategic decisions based on data models remain the sole responsibility of the client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions or third-party platform API outages (e.g. Shopify, Zoho, ERP vendor API downtime).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any project SOWs are governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to first seek amicable settlement of any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. In the event of persistent disputes, the competent courts within Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
