Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Engagement Model

To ensure complete alignment and eliminate commercial risk, Coreytics operates on a phased milestone structure formalized in your project Statement of Work (SOW). Standard phases include:

• Phase 1: Initial Discovery & Data Audit: Schema inventory, bottleneck diagnosis, and audit report.
• Phase 2: Relational Architecture & Data Structuring: Clean data pipeline design and validation tables.
• Phase 3: Executive KPI Dashboard Build: Interactive dashboard models and workbook interface staging.
• Phase 4: Automation & Team Handover: Pipeline deployment, documentation, and live walkthrough.

2. Cancellation & Refund Rules by Phase

A. Discovery & Audit Phase

If a client requests cancellation prior to data ingestion and discovery kickoff, any deposit paid is 100% refundable (less direct third-party banking/merchant processing charges). If cancellation is requested after discovery interviews or data ingestion has commenced but prior to final audit delivery, a 50% pro-rated refund applies to compensate for analyst engineering hours incurred. Once the comprehensive Data Audit deliverable is submitted, the audit fee is fully earned and non-refundable.

B. Build & Deployment Milestones

Payments associated with specific build milestones are invoiced upon milestone completion. During the milestone review period (typically 5 business days), clients review the deliverable against the SOW acceptance criteria.

• If a deliverable contains mathematical discrepancies, formula bugs, or deviates from agreed specifications, Coreytics will remediate all non-conformities at no extra cost until acceptance.
• Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed, approved, or put into active business use by the client, that milestone payment is deemed earned and non-refundable.
• Clients may cancel future uncommenced milestones at any time with zero penalty. Unused advance funds for uncommenced phases are refunded within 7 business days.

C. Ongoing Retainer & Pipeline Maintenance

For recurring pipeline maintenance and reporting retainer contracts, clients may terminate services with 14 calendar days written notice. Unused full calendar months paid in advance will be refunded pro-rata.

3. 30-Day Post-Delivery Warranty

All custom workbook dashboards and automated pipelines include a complimentary 30-day post-delivery warranty. If formula discrepancies, schema linking bugs, or pipeline calculation defects arise during this period, our team will resolve them promptly without additional fees.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following expenditures are non-refundable under any circumstance:

• Third-party software, connector licenses, or cloud infrastructure costs (e.g., Google Cloud BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Supermetrics, Zapier) billed directly to the client.
• Completed and approved milestones signed off in writing.
• Custom work where delays or cancellations are due to client abandonment (defined as zero response to communications for more than 45 consecutive calendar days).
